Questions teachers ask
Do students need Git installed?
No. The deck has a built-in terminal simulation, so you can teach the whole thing before anyone installs anything.
Does this need a GitHub account?
Not to follow the slides. Students need one only when they push their own first repository.
Is this suitable for a first-year class?
Yes. It assumes no prior tooling and starts from why version control exists at all.
